Role Overview: SAP Fieldglass SOW & ECC MM Consultant
Infotech Spectrum is currently seeking a highly specialized SAP Fieldglass SOW module and SAP ECC MM Consultant to join a high-priority project based in Phoenix, Arizona. This position is designed for a seasoned professional who can operate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and drive critical solution design decisions for a global enterprise implementation. The role offers significant flexibility, including options for travel-based engagement or remote work, ensuring that top-tier talent can contribute effectively regardless of their primary location.
Detailed Responsibilities and Scope of Work
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the primary SME for the SAP Fieldglass Statement of Work (SOW) module, providing deep functional and technical guidance to the project team and client stakeholders.
- Solution Design: Assist the client (HON) with complex solution design decisions, ensuring that the system architecture aligns with long-term business objectives and global design standards.
- Implementation Leadership: While SAP will lead the core implementation and system configuration, you will be responsible for steering the project towards a unified global design, preventing fragmentation across different business units.
- Integration Management: Oversee and manage the integration of the SAP Fieldglass SOW module with SAP ECC using the ASAPIO FG Integration add-on, ensuring seamless data flow and process synchronization.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Drive alignment across diverse and often competing stakeholder groups, facilitating structured decision-making processes to maintain project momentum.
- Documentation Excellence: Collaborate with the SAP implementation team to create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration specifications, detailed process flows, and technical integration guides.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) protocols and provide hands-on assistance during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets all business requirements.
- Process Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities for improvement within the current procurement landscape, focusing on simplification, automation, and the reduction of manual interventions.
Technical and Professional Requirements
- SAP Fieldglass Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience working with the SAP Fieldglass SOW module is mandatory.
- SAP ECC MM Proficiency: Strong process knowledge of SAP ECC Materials Management (MM), specifically focusing on services procurement and the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
- Integration Skills: Proven experience with the ASAPIO FG Integration add-on for connecting Fieldglass with SAP backend systems.
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to act as a consultant and SME, moving beyond simple configuration to provide strategic advice on global design and process alignment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Relevant SAP certifications in Fieldglass or MM are highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $155,000 – $210,000 per year (Estimated)
