Job Summary:

Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a long-term project based in Austin, TX. This role requires a candidate with strong project management, business analysis, and data analysis skills, preferably with experience in state or federal government agencies and familiarity with the Texas Project Delivery Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage enterprise-scale data management projects and agile projects, particularly within state or federal government agencies.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis, leveraging knowledge and experience with common project management systems like Jira.
  • Quality Assurance: Contribute to quality assurance processes.
  • Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to support project objectives.
  • Framework Adherence: Experience with creating Texas Project Delivery Framework deliverables and managing projects using this framework is strongly preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on enterprise data management and agile methodologies.
  • Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira.
  • Experience in data analysis and quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with or experience in creating deliverables for the Texas Project Delivery Framework is a significant advantage.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or other Agile-related certifications are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.

Salary: $55 – $75 per year (Estimated)
