Job Summary:

UKR, Inc. is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with expertise in Artifactory to join their team for an onsite role in Phoenix, Arizona. This position requires a strong background in CI/CD pipelines, Linux administration, and various DevOps tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Jenkins and Artifactory, along with proficiency in scripting and containerization technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Jenkins and Artifactory environments.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for various applications.
  • Perform Linux server administration tasks.
  • Utilize scripting languages (Python, Java, NodeJS, Go) for automation.
  • Manage source control systems such as Git (GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket, SVN).
  • Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Helm Charts.
  • Work with messaging queues like Kafka and databases like Postgres/Postgresql.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline processes.
  • Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of the infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the DevOps toolchain and infrastructure.
  • Contribute to the adoption of new DevOps technologies and best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with software development using Java, Python, NodeJS, or Go.
  • Must have hands-on experience using and administering Jenkins and Artifactory.
  • Proficiency with multiple DevOps and collaboration tools including Jenkins, GitHub, GitHub Actions, SonarQube, Slack, Confluence, and Jira.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux server administration.
  • Experience with Git (GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket, SVN).
  • Experience with scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with Docker and Helm Charts.
  • Experience with Kafka and Postgres/Postgresql.
  • Good communication skills and a strong aptitude for learning new technologies.

Employment Details:

  • Employment Type: W2
  • Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
  • Rate: $50/hour (maximum)

Special Requirements

Onsite role. W2 rate is $50 max.
