Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence solutions that solve complex business problems and drive automation, insights, and innovation across the organization. The AI Engineer will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to build scalable machine learning systems and integrate AI capabilities into production applications. This role requires strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, large language models (LLMs), data engineering, and software development, along with the ability to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
AI & Machine Learning Development:
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
- Develop AI systems using techniques such as supervised learning, reinforcement learning, and generative AI.
- Build and optimize LLM-based applications including prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and agentic workflows.
- Implement natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or predictive analytics solutions.
Model Deployment & Productization:
- Deploy models into production environments using scalable infrastructure.
- Develop APIs and microservices to integrate AI models with enterprise systems.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for machine learning workflows (MLOps).
Data Engineering & Processing:
- Build pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
- Work with large datasets to train and evaluate machine learning models.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance.
AI Platform & Infrastructure:
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Utilize GPU infrastructure and distributed computing frameworks.
- Optimize models for performance, latency, and scalability.
Collaboration:
- Work with product managers and business leaders to identify AI opportunities.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to operationalize models.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
Technical Skills:
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as:
- TensorFlow
- PyTorch
- Scikit-learn
- Experience with LLM frameworks such as:
- LangChain
- LlamaIndex
- Hugging Face
- Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
- Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Airflow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with agentic frameworks such as MCP and OpenClaw.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 per year
