Job Overview
Seeking a Microsoft Teams Collaboration Certified Infrastructure Engineer with extensive experience in Microsoft technologies and network operations. This is a long-term contract role (12 months+) requiring 3 days per week in the office. The position involves setting up and analyzing video devices, managing collaboration platforms, and ensuring network and application integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Video Device setup and configuration.
- Experience with CVI & MTR.
- Resource configuration and management.
- Meeting log analysis and Call Quality Dashboard setup/analysis.
- Working with the Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Automate).
- Networking and Cloud Networking expertise.
- Application integration and MSFT APIs.
- Active Directory, Microsoft SP, Microsoft OD, Microsoft OS management.
- Network Operations.
Required Skills and Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering.
- Microsoft Teams Collaboration Certification is a must.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Microsoft SP, Microsoft OD, Microsoft OS.
- Strong understanding of Network Operations and Cloud Networking.
- Experience with PowerBI and Power Automate.
- Familiarity with Video Device setup, CVI & MTR, Resource configuration, Meeting log analysis, and Call Quality Dashboard.
- Knowledge of Application integration and MSFT APIs.
Special Requirements
Must go for Onsite interview for one round. Hybrid work model (3 days in office).
Compensation & Location
Salary: $55 – $75 per year (Estimated)
