Job Role: Data Analyst
We are seeking a Data Analyst with a strong background in Record Retention & Deletion policies, Data Governance, and Data Management. This role requires a candidate with significant experience in Data Quality Management (DQM), intermediate SQL and Python skills, and knowledge of data architecture and modeling. Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies and strong analytical problem-solving skills are essential.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in Record Retention & Deletion policies
- Good understanding of Data Governance & Data Management (metadata, lineage, data quality)
- 25 years of Data Quality Management (DQM) experience
- Intermediate skills in SQL and Python
- Knowledge of data architecture and data modeling
- Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Technical Skills:
- 8+ years of Java development experience
- Experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, Struts
- Knowledge of REST APIs & Microservices
- Frontend basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with GCP cloud migration
- Understanding of software security best practices
Responsibilities:
- Manage data quality monitoring and remediation
- Identify data risks related to governance and compliance
- Perform root cause analysis of data issues
- Support regulatory reporting and data compliance initiatives
- Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams
- Drive improvements in data governance processes

AMEX Experience required. Onsite
Compensation & Location
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
