Role & Requirements
The client is seeking a skilled WORKDAY INTEGRATIONS DEVELOPER with a strong background in Workday Studio and ITSM. This role requires proficiency in integrating with external feeds such as ADP, Fiserv, and FIS. The ideal candidate will have relevant project experience, for example, with Employee Stock Purchase Programs, and possess strong hands-on developer capabilities. Excellent communication skills are important for success in this role.
Work Environment
This position is based in either Chicago, IL or Phoenix, AZ. The work environment is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week onsite (approximately 60% monthly). An in-person interview is required. Regular stand-ups are scheduled 3 times per week. The developer will work directly with internal HR business partners and collaborate with 3rd party SaaS providers/technical partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio.
- Ensure proficiency with external feeds (e.g., ADP, Fiserv, FIS).
- Collaborate with HR business partners to understand integration requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Participate in regular team stand-ups and project meetings.
- Work with 3rd party SaaS providers and technical partners as needed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration processes.

Contract Details:
This is a 12-month contract position.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
