Job Description:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, and translating them into functional specifications for Salesforce FSC implementations. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases for Salesforce FSC.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with business users and technical teams.
- Develop process flows and diagrams to illustrate current and future state processes.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the Salesforce solution meets business needs.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support end-users during testing phases.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements for Salesforce FSC post-implementation.
- Ensure all work adheres to banking and finance industry regulations and best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce implementations.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Salesforce FSC (Financial Services Cloud).
- Extensive experience within the banking or finance domain.
- Excellent requirements gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in creating process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Must be local to the Chicago/Naperville, IL area.
