Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP GRC Consultant with a strong background in SAP Security and global enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA platforms, including ABAP, FIORI, BTP applications, and key modules like FI, OTC, EWM, and MFG. This role requires hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control 12.0 (ARM, ARA, BRM & EAM) and prior experience with global S/4HANA implementations focusing on security architecture, compliance alignment, and cutover readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong SAP Security support for global enterprise environments, with over 10 years of experience.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA platforms, including ABAP, FIORI, BTP applications, and key modules (FI, OTC, EWM, MFG).
- Utilize hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control 12.0, covering ARM, ARA, BRM, and EAM functionalities.
- Leverage prior experience with global S/4HANA implementations, focusing on security architecture, compliance alignment, and cutover readiness.
- Manage SAP S4HANA or SAP ECC Security, SAP GRC HANA DB, and Role Management.
- Possess strong working knowledge of SAP HANA database security.
- Gain experience in SAP Masking and Data Protection Configuration.
- Maintain access, roles, and users to control application rights within SAP ABAP, HANA DB, SAC, and Cloud Applications.
- Operate independently and partner effectively with various support teams globally.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and business workstreams.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, BW, BW4HANA, HANA, and SAC.
- Show a proven ability to communicate effectively across different organizational levels.
- Experience in Pharma or Manufacturing is highly desired.
- The role requires the candidate to be local to Chicago, IL, and come to the office 3-4 days every week.
