Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Consultant specializing in SAP ERP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) to join our consulting team in Chicago, IL. This is a critical role focused on delivering high-value financial technology solutions to our enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of deep technical and functional expertise in SAP TRM, with a proven track record of leading complex implementations and optimizing financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation and Configuration: Lead the end-to-end configuration of SAP Treasury modules. This includes detailed analysis of business requirements to design and implement solutions for cash management, liquidity planning, and comprehensive risk management frameworks.
- Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of SAP Treasury projects. You will be responsible for business process design, unit testing, integration testing, and providing critical post-production support to ensure system stability and performance.
- System Integration: Work closely with other SAP functional consultants (FICO, SD, MM) and IT infrastructure staff to ensure seamless integration of treasury solutions with the broader SAP ecosystem.
- User Training and Empowerment: Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct workshops for end-users. Your goal is to ensure that the client’s finance team can effectively leverage the new SAP Treasury tools to improve their daily operations.
- Compliance and Documentation: Maintain rigorous documentation for all system configurations and operational procedures. Ensure that all implemented solutions comply with international financial regulations and internal audit requirements.
Technical Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in SAP ERP environments.
- Expert-level knowledge of SAP TRM (Treasury and Risk Management) modules.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, including FX, Money Market, Derivatives, and Securities.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Treasury is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $155,000 – $205,000 per year (Estimated)
