Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled ERP Analyst to join our team for a remote, contract-to-hire opportunity. This role requires a strong understanding of Oracle EBS R12.2.5 Financial Modules and the ability to contribute to various stages of the application lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in gathering requirements, configuring the application, developing custom solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems. This position is based remotely but requires the candidate to be local to Chicago, IL, for potential on-site needs or collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Gathering and documenting business requirements for Oracle EBS Financial Modules.
- Performing application configuration to meet specific business needs.
- Creating and maintaining custom code and extensions within Oracle EBS.
- Developing and executing test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of configurations and custom code.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Oracle EBS Financial Modules.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation for all configurations, custom code, and processes.
- Developing and maintaining interfaces with third-party applications.
- Providing training and support to end-users on application changes and new functionalities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identifying opportunities for system improvements and optimizations.
- Ensuring adherence to best practices in application development and configuration.
- Participating in project meetings and providing regular status updates.
- Assisting with data migration activities as needed.
- Supporting the overall Oracle EBS environment and its related modules.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.5 Financial Modules.
- Strong technical documentation skills, including the ability to create clear and concise technical specifications.
- Demonstrated ability in application configuration and custom code creation within Oracle EBS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of identifying and resolving system performance issues.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Experience with creating and maintaining interfaces for 3rd party applications.
- Proficiency in creating and executing comprehensive test scripts.
- Experience in training end-users on application functionalities and changes.
- Strong understanding of financial modules within Oracle EBS.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $50 – $65 per year (Estimated)
