Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer (L2 Support)
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Java Full Stack Developer with experience in L2 support to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a challenging environment and possesses a strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle. The primary focus will be on providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and contributing to the enhancement of our Java-based applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 technical support for Java-based applications, diagnosing and resolving complex software defects and issues.
- Analyze application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
- Collaborate with L1 support teams, development teams, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Develop, test, and deploy code fixes, enhancements, and minor new features.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to standards.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and support procedures.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Work with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end Java technologies (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate).
- Manage and monitor application environments, ensuring stability and availability.
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed for critical issue resolution.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on Java.
- Demonstrated experience in L2 technical support or a similar role involving complex issue resolution.
- Proficiency in Java and its associated frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate).
- Solid experience with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
