Job Summary:
Altitude Technology Solutions (ATS) INC is actively seeking a highly experienced Hyperion Administrator and EPM Cloud Support specialist for a contract position with our client in Chicago, IL. This role operates under a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of two days per week onsite at the client’s office. The ideal candidate will possess over 12 years of experience in Hyperion administration and L3 support for EPM, PBCS/EPBCS, with a strong background in managing and resolving complex issues within these environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L3 support for Hyperion and EPM Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS) environments, addressing user tickets and queries.
- Resolve technical issues and perform data fixes for transactions within the EPM suite.
- Conduct bug fixes in the existing codebase as prioritized by the client.
- Perform On-Prem Hyperion Administration tasks, including stopping and starting services, patching, and debugging issues in HFM, DRM, and Essbase.
- Manage certificate renewals (SSL, LDAP, etc.).
- Utilize experience in Forms & Reports design, Business Rules, Data Management, SmartView, and RestAPI.
- Apply working knowledge of Power or Groovy scripting.
- Good to have experience with FCCS, ARCS, and Enterprise Data Management (EDM).
- Collaborate effectively with users and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of EPM systems.
- Work within a hybrid model, spending at least two days per week at the client’s office in Chicago.
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience as a Hyperion Administrator and L3 Support in EPM, PBCS/EPBCS.
- Extensive experience with On-Prem Hyperion Administration tasks.
- Proficiency in HFM, DRM, and Essbase administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with EPM Cloud technologies (PBCS/EPBCS).
- Familiarity with Forms & Reports design, Business Rules, Data Management, SmartView, and RestAPI.
- Working knowledge of Power or Groovy scripting.
- Experience with FCCS, ARCS, and EDM is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to adhere to the hybrid work model, requiring presence in the Chicago office.
