Role Description: Windows Powershell Consultant
We are looking for an experienced RMJ On Prem Engineer to manage enterprise batch scheduling and workload automation. This role requires hands-on experience with Redwood RunMyJobs, including administration, job scheduling, and migrations from legacy schedulers. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in troubleshooting and providing L2/L3 production support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage enterprise batch scheduling and workload automation.
- Perform Redwood RunMyJobs administration.
- Execute job scheduling and migrations from legacy schedulers.
- Troubleshoot issues related to batch scheduling and workload automation.
- Provide L2/L3 production support.
- Ensure the reliability and efficiency of batch processing systems.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve complex issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for scheduling processes and configurations.
Requirements:
- Hands-on Redwood RunMyJobs On Prem experience is mandatory.
- Strong background in batch scheduling across Unix/Linux and Windows environments.
- Proficiency in scripting languages: Shell, PowerShell, Python, JavaScript.
- Experience with RMJ administration, job scheduling, and migrations.
- Proven ability in troubleshooting and L2/L3 production support for scheduling systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
