Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Senior Technical Lead to join our team in Chicago, IL. This is an onsite position requiring local candidates only. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience and a deep understanding of its core clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust solutions, building advanced Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Visualforce pages. Additionally, you will implement and optimize integrations with external systems using various API technologies and middleware tools, work with complex data models and security rules, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Build advanced Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Visualforce pages.
- Implement and optimize integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Streaming APIs, and middleware tools.
- Work with complex data models, security models, and sharing rules to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and automated deployments to support CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and performance guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Stay current with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to bring improvements to existing implementations.
Required Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of Salesforce development experience with deep hands-on expertise.
- Strong skills in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce configuration.
- Solid experience with Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
- Proven background in building and maintaining complex integrations with external applications.
- Strong knowledge of API development and integration patterns (REST, SOAP, bulk, platform events).
- Experience with DevOps/CI-CD tools (Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce data model, governor limits, and performance tuning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Integration Architect.
- Experience with middleware tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi, etc.).
- Exposure to Life Sciences Industry is a plus.

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
