Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with Application Support expertise for Azentio Beyontech. This role combines business analysis, stakeholder management, and L2/L3 application support, ensuring optimal system performance while aligning technology solutions with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
    • Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.
    • Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
    • Work closely with development teams to ensure solution alignment with business objectives.
  • Application Support (L2/L3)
    • Provide senior-level support for Azentio Beyontech application.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external Beyontech developers for bug fixes.
    • Ensure high availability and optimal performance of the application.
  • Change & Release Management
    • Manage Change Requests (CRs), upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
    • Coordinate testing and production deployments.
    • Ensure smooth and conflict-free releases.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization
    • Monitor system performance and identify enhancement opportunities.
    • Implement improvements to enhance application efficiency and user experience.
  • Documentation & Reporting
    • Maintain detailed records of issues, resolutions, and support activities.
    • Prepare documentation for functional specs, process flows, and support logs.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Act as a liaison between business, IT, and external vendors.
    • Provide regular updates on project progress, application health, and issue resolution.
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience
    • 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis + Application Support roles.
    • Mandatory experience with Azentio Beyontech application.
  • Core Skills
    • Strong expertise in requirement gathering & documentation, production support & troubleshooting, and incident, problem, and change management.
    • Ability to analyze complex issues and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Process & Tools
    • Experience with ITIL frameworks (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
    • Experience with issue tracking tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Insurance domain.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and Punjabi.
  • Experience working with external vendors and distributed teams.

Special Requirements

Proficiency in English, Hindi, Punjabi. Insurance Domain experience preferred.


Compensation & Location

Salary: $50 – $70 per year (Estimated)

Location: Chicago, IL
