Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with Salesforce expertise to design and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and enterprise solution design, and will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
- Define system architecture, integration strategies, and data models for Salesforce implementations.
- Provide technical leadership for Salesforce projects including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead and mentor Salesforce developers, administrators, and technical teams.
- Oversee integration of Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and integration tools.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce governance, security, and performance best practices.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
- Support solution delivery, deployment, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce applications.
- Stay updated with new Salesforce features, releases, and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software development and enterprise solution architecture.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and application design.
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and governance frameworks.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for Salesforce deployments.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year
