Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Tableau Data Visualization Engineer with experience in GCP Looker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements. You will be involved in the enhancement of existing features, troubleshooting application failures during development and testing phases, and documenting high-level and component-level designs. Quality standards in terms of usability and security of all application components will be a key focus.
This role requires active contribution to the application lifecycle, including maintenance, release management, critical bug fixing, and ensuring error-free delivery of the software solution. You will practice Agile development processes and engage multiple stakeholders within the organization to drive for results. Exposure to AI tools for development and testing is also a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.
- Enhance existing features.
- Troubleshoot application failures during development and testing phases.
- Document high-level and component-level design.
- Ensure quality standards in terms of usability and security of all application components.
- Actively contribute to application lifecycle including maintenance, release management, critical bug fixing.
- Ensure error-free delivery of the software solution.
- Practice Agile development process.
- Engage multiple stakeholders within the organization to drive for results.
- Utilize AI tools for development and testing.
- Build dashboards & looks & filters from an end-user perspective, leveraging GCP Looker.
- Develop efficient dashboards by understanding the features and roadmap of GCP Looker.
- Work with Sentiment data (both aggregate and full data set).
- Apply experience in the HR domain, with a nuanced understanding of handling sensitive data.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
